ORDER – ERC CASE NO. 2025-012 CF
On 29 April 2025, Therma Luzon Inc. (TLI) and Cotabato Electric Cooperative, Inc. (COTELCO) filed an Application, dated 26 March 2025, seeking the Commission’s approval of the over/under recoveries based on the formula on the various automatic cost adjustments and true-up mechanism and corresponding confirmation process pursuant to the Commission’s Resolution No. 16, Series of 2009, as amended by Resolution Nos. 21 and 23, Series of 2010, Resolution No. 10, Series of 2018, Resolution No. 02, Series of 2021 and Resolution No. 14 Series of 2022 for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
